The product is designed so families can search, filter, compare, and contact providers without interacting with a visual map.
Map-free results
List view provides the same provider cards, filters, freshness indicators, and actions. Declining location access does not remove search features.
Keyboard and touch
Controls use native buttons, labels, select elements, visible focus treatment, and touch-friendly targets. Map markers are buttons with accessible names.
Language and readability
Large text, plain language, strong contrast, consistent headings, and English/Spanish controls support comprehension. Human review is required before Spanish legal/program content is considered complete.
Ongoing testing
Production launch requires automated and manual WCAG testing, keyboard-only review, screen-reader review, zoom testing, and accessible-error validation.
Feedback
The final site will publish a monitored accessibility contact and a response SLA before real-data launch.
