Report a problem without needing to buy or claim a profile
Families, providers, agencies, and community members can flag inaccurate, stale, restricted, or privacy-sensitive information.
What to report
Incorrect license status, closure, relocation, outdated hours or programs, expired openings, wrong attribution, duplicate records, exposed private location details, or other material errors.
What happens next
A report creates a review task. Sensitive visibility issues are prioritized, the current source is checked, affected fields may be unpublished, and the resolution is recorded in the audit history.
Evidence
Provide the public source URL or a plain-language explanation. Do not send identity documents, child records, or other sensitive files through a public correction form.
Provider claims are optional
A provider does not need a paid plan—or even an approved claim—to report a closure, privacy problem, or factual correction.
Disputes
Conflicting claims remain pending until a reviewer can evaluate source authority, recency, and provider evidence. Payment never controls the decision.
