Provider responsibility
Providers and claimants must submit accurate information, maintain authority to represent a program, and promptly report material changes.
Sponsorship
Sponsored listings are advertisements and must be labeled. Payment does not buy verification status, safety language, review treatment, or undisclosed organic ranking advantage.
Prohibited use
Do not scrape restricted information, attempt to identify private residential addresses, impersonate a provider, submit false reviews, or use inquiry information outside its consented purpose.
Changes
Program rules, provider participation, prices, openings, and schedules change. Dates and source links help users confirm current information.
