Verification is a documented process, not a paid badge
Every published fact is designed to retain its source, collection date, last-check date, method, confidence, provider confirmation, and change history.
Official facts
License status and public inspection links start with official California sources when reuse is permitted. Provider submissions do not override the official licensing record.
Operational facts
Hours, tuition, openings, services, languages, and program participation are confirmed directly or through an authorized partner and expire on different schedules.
Claim review
Identity and facility relationship are reviewed before a claimant receives provider-role access. Material changes remain in administrative review.
Freshness
Openings expire after 10 days. Tuition, hours, and programs are scheduled for 90-day reconfirmation. Stale values are labeled or unpublished.
What verification is not
It is not a safety rating, government approval, background-check claim, recommendation, or guarantee.
Sponsorship separation
Sponsored campaigns live in separate records and never change verification outcomes or undisclosed organic rank.
